Corina Cordova has paid her dues and even picked up a few scars along the way, but it was all worth it. Today, this South Texas native has leveraged her hard knocks and diverse experience into a highly influential career in CRE. She’s always been a woman of vision and faith and this empowered her to master the skills to succeed at commercial business development and commercial real estate specializing in Retail Leasing, Retail Land Development, L/T Representation and Economic Development.
Prior to her career in commercial real estate, in 2008; Corina launched her own Business Development & Project Management firm known as DavCor, LLC. As a consultant, she worked on development size projects, scopes, and retailing business models, securing grant funding for governmental agencies. She found each experience very rewarding and saw it as the perfect launching point for her career in commercial real estate in South Texas.
Over the past few years, Corina has been successfully represented several private investors and developers, along with public entities from South Texas to Houston.
Corina is a devoted Christian and in her spare time she enjoys riding motorcycles, spending time with her family and reading.
